Guys,

This should be another tough test for the boys after an awesome game against a poor dogs outfit. In the second half of the match against the dogs, i was worried that they had a comeback in them after sonny bill's try, as we looked pretty flat for a while (at least uintil BK's try!), but they seemed to have just lacked that creative spark to make something happen. parra have that spark, and they will also have their blood up after their win against the tigers.

We should have pretty much a full strength squad. stewart should be back, but i think lulu is still out.

my prediction will be a close game, but i think both teams will run in a few tries. should be a cracker.

hopefully the ground doesnt chop up like telstra's!

It will be a deadset tough game. Parra showed on Friday night that they are probably another game away from getting it all together. Hopefully, it won't be against Manly this weekend.

Riddell coming off the bench is the big danger, probably more than Tim Smiths unpredictability. The SCG should hold together because of that whopping great big cricket pitch in the middle!

parra will be tough. as long as we dont switch off like we did at the start of the second half against the dogs, we'll be allright.

orford is really starting to show why we broke the bank bring him back, bell and matai look to be one of the best centre combos in the comp this season, stewart's pace will be back, our forwards are looking pretty sharp and burns looks like he's kept a lid on the temper.

i think the boys are starting to fire up well. parra are going to have be be really on song to beat us i reckon.

anyone know whose idea it was to play the game at the scg? cant say i'm a fan of the idea as we're sacrificing an important match at fortress brookie!

Its the 30 year anniversary of the 76 GF. Manly has all advertising rights to the SCG for that day, financially it is making a motza for Manly as all advertising has been sold.

Legendary rivalry...SCG...Does it get any better?

Yes! Manly beating Parra by 40 would cap the day off :D . Should be a tough game though.

If MAnly beat Parra by 40 points this weekend I'd kiss my dog....and The Colonels dog too  but seriously, Parra showed last week they are leaps and bounds ahead of the Bulldogs performance, I'd be happy with a field goal in extra time if my heart could take it....this game can go either way...Tahu and Grothe need to be shut down!
