Only a select few are able to structure an organization with success. At Green Bay, they decided to give him the flick rather than appoint him to a GM/HC role while at Seattle he's lost alot of his power over time.

Alex's arm hasn't healed since he was sat on early last season.

I dont rate McCloughan at all..... doesn't seem to have the balls for the job.

I wouldnt mind Singletary to work out at HC....and keep some strong x's and o's coordinators.

We also have Jamie Martin too choose from.... please god no!

Alex is out for the season so it's JT or Shaun Hill, I think Martz will stubbornly stick with JTO (Just Turn it Over), Smith may be ready next season once he has learnt the playbook

I half agree with you they may give Alex another chance as he was a #1 overall pick and he seemed to have a clash of personalities with Nolan, but I have noticed that JT has a Tony Romo look about him, he has that real quick release like Romo but maybe not the running ability.
If he can win over the offense and limit the int's he might be the QB of the future.

He hasn't been through 8 clubs in 7 years for no reason mate.
I hope he does all you say but i just dont see it, well i did see it in the seahawk game up there but i haven't seen it since teams have been getting a bit of film on him.
