Unless the money for Little League converts comes from the ARUs marketing dept, i see little point in signing any Lite players.
Firstly the Wallabies problems are up front with woeful props in the scrum like Al Baxter, Guy Shepherson and Dunning before them. The kid from Cape Town, Dan Vickerman is the only Wallaby tight five forward that is world class. You also have to consider whether any Lite players would be up to scratch considering how the Kangaroos have struggled against a Kiwi team that wouldnt get one player into the All Blacks and the even more pathetic Yorkshire/Lanchashire Kittens who Radlinski aside, have had any talent they have had picked off by the RFU. Im not even sure if the codes best player, Darren "Turnstiles" Lockyer would make it in modern rugby given his defensive problems. The days of being a great attacking player like Campese or Merthans but not being able to defend have gone in proper rugby.
After the proven success of Vickerman, the ARU should be targeting young and talented tight forwards from South Africa and Argentina.
