Was he injured or did Ricky throw the hook out for him? If it was the hook who would you like to see replace him on the wing this week?

I think he was hooked. I think Ricky wanted to stiffen the right side defence because Cooper was looking "likely". Didn't Fraser move into the centres when Misi went off?

Yes I think he did Frenz!! although I still think he's a better backrower than a centre now! If he is punted what do you think Ricky will do on that side? Would it be a good time bring up a young guy from the toyota cup? someone with speed for our attack to take the pressure of Kearney and who is good in defence and under the high ball

I think it had more to do with getting our pack enough time and keeping them fresh.

Ando could easily handle the load out wide but you take Misi off and you can run with 3 props like we love to do!

I doubt he'll get punted. Sticky doesn't throw the baby out with the bathwater. He didn't play so bad as to warrant being dropped after his last 2 months of footy.

Misi "brings" to the footy team. Enthusiam, effort, committment, metres talk.

He won't be dropped.

Misi also has some speed - the problem is that he never gets the ball on the end of a backline move.

And Misi shows a lot of ticker compared to Paris. There was a point in the first half where Paris could have put his foot down to get on the outside of someone (cant remember who) and he just backed off and took the tackle.
Misi needs to stay in the side.

pretty much the same for both sides of our attack alan

its easy running drills in open space during the week but in a game we slide more than the defensive line

perfect example was in tonights game where mullen sized up the line, changed his direction to go straight and by executing a simple draw and pass it resulted in a try - it prevented the defensive line from sliding and covering

simmons is not quick off the mark - he needs to wind up and im indecisive as to whether he has anywhere near the pace he did last season

imo he needs about 20m to start hitting his straps - which is why he should be on the wing

I've heard he's wearing a shoulder brace which is restricting his speed, something he'll be wearing for the rest of his career unfortunately.

wouldn't suprise me though - his confidence does seem to be growing

and mind you he was only about 87kg two seasons ago while suffering the shoulder problems - i reckon he has put on 10kg since

I think Sticky should've experimented earlier in the year with Travis Robinson in the Centres and Simmo to the wing.

Robinson seems to always bag tries in the lowers and last week kicked 6 from 6.

He can break a tackle and put on a step and that would definately help break up our sterile backline attack.

Don't think he'd experiment now with 5 rounds to go.

But IMO I think we still need to tinker with the backline in the lead up to the finals because we aren't going to trouble the better sides in the finals with what we are currently offering in attack with our backs.

One of you ultra finatical supporters should be able to answer this.
Who was number 2 in the game prior to 1st grade?
He had a blinder.
Big and fast and broke the line a few times after taking good ctaches under pressure.
