:lol: thought I was the only one that noticed Gus and Rabbs deathriding us yesterday on the coverage.

Wish I went down there yesterday, but the 2hrs each way would of killed me in getting this uni assesment task done.

they must have lost more on the souths game .i think it was an all time classic gummy when ray was commenting on hodgsons goal kicking .

yesterday i loved ray whining about the tigs not being onside from the 20m restart .dispite being a proclaimed rules guru. Ray,misplaced the fact that "a team must be given a reasonable amount of time to get back for a 20m restart"

Nope, once the ref is set they can go regardless of where the defence is.

Still, the players that were not back on the 30m line didn't make the tackle.. same as if a player in general play doesn't interfer.. (passive offside)

so if you leave a player on the 20 ,retrive a kick and pass it straight to him with no one in front of him and he runs 80m and scores...umm nup

They officially changed the rule this year to try and speed it up, but the refs always play the "wait for me" game.

And the one they were whinging about, the players who went anywhere near the tackle were all standing on the 30 mtr line. The ref was nearly a metre behind the line. There was some players still offside but they were out near the wings. It was never offside.
