Moimoi caught downing Big Macs
Parramatta chief executive Paul Osborne has admitted Eels prop Fuifui Moimoi has been caught feasting on take-away food just days out from the NRL grand final.
Moimoi, a cult figure amongst the blue and gold army, has been one of the driving forces behind Parramatta's charge into the final.
But Osborne says the hulking 108 kilogram forward is a law unto himself when it comes to his diet.
"I had a report last night that he was spotted at McDonald's Fairfield hoeing into a couple of Big Macs. We'll forgive him if he plays well," Osborne joked.
Meanwhile Osborne says Moimoi's front row partner Nathan Cayless's chances of playing on Sunday are improving.
The Eels captain will undergo a fitness test tomorrow, amid fears he could re-injure his hamstring and miss Sunday's game.
But Osborne says his chances of playing are increasing as the week progresses.
"I think he's a better than 50-50 chance of playing," he said.
"So fingers crossed. He deserves to be playing, making the team."
