MOM - Vs Parra?

Thought Hunt played well from the bench - but to award him Man of the Match?
I felt that there were at least a couple of players on the field who had a bigger impact than Hunt.
Is it because he didn't make his usual 2 or 3 errors that made him look outstanding?

I thought Hunt was the most effective prop we had, he made more meters per carry than both Weyman and Poore. That being said, he was far from our best player on the field.

Prior or Soward were the MOM contenders IMO. Creagh was pretty damaging running out wide as well.

I was perplexed as to why Soward didn't received the award. I do not remember seeing a better all round kicking game from any player for years. It resulted in Parra getting no field position and effectively winning us the game. Nice to see Hunt get it, makes you wonder if Rabs had put some hard earned on it though!

Given they offered me 61-1 odds for Soward to get the Dally M Im looking forward to the points too!

Glad to see Dan get MOM well earnt off the bench. His best game for us yet. Showed some awesome promise. I thought Soward was also a contender.

The whole thing was crazy - all the commentators were saying was "How good is Soward", talking about the Parra game and previous games esp the Broncos. Then MoM goes to Hunt - who they then say was the best statistically forward in the game - WTF?

Then the next game Roosters and Broncos - every 5 mins you hear - "How good is Soward"

MoM and Dally M's is a boys club - we can't be giving too much praise to some players who aren't in the 'boys' club.

Prior I feel was MOM. He has been a deadset freak. I think the fact that he got it last week counted against him. Brilliant player.

I gather that you can bet on the Man Of The Match .. Hunt would've been 50/1 at best .. seems dodgy to me ..
People in the know could win a sh*tload OR SP bookies could win a sh*tload because a rank outsider wins. OR (c) both of the above.
