1 of many reasons is that He's a hog, stuffed up campese and wallace's combination in origin big time. its not his job to come in and scoot from dummy half on the 3rd n 4th when campese should be getting the ball, this led to him running out of puff and hed 2 brain explosions.

I never hated Ryan Cross but I remember a huge uproar when he gouged the eyes of Glen Morrison and then came out and said it wasn't his go.

That and he always whinged about never playing Origin. The irony is, if he had of stayed he may of been given a shot.

As for Gidley, he's a perrenial whinger much like Buderus. That and also his efforts in Origin may of seen him earn a spot.

The nominations I don't understand is Cooper, Morris and Hornby. Even members of my family dislike the former two and I've never been able to grasp why. Media hype? The belief that Morris resembles Jimmy from South Park yet plays like a machine? Or is it because of their cunning? Honestly, I believe success breeds contempt and that's why the following have been picked.

Also it's good to see others have started putting down they're reasoning, thanks for showing me up.

I like how you are calling numerous players grubs when you probably dont even no them. . .
Niggling etc is part of NRL it often seperates good players from great players.

They're grubs on the field and most of the one's listed are grubs without any real talent.

Mind you looking back, the post did come out as geniused, if I had my time again I'd be far more articulate but I underestimated how sensative some Rugby League fans are.
