To me over rated is is someowo is talked up but is not good and never has been. Ray thompson is not over rated becasue he to me has already proven himself and is a very talented footballer. he is just out of form how can u call out of form over rated? i think u sir need a dictionary.

being talked up beyond their actual playing standard

Thats what it has been across sports for years

So Brad Fittler can be overrated at some point in time and that is only controversial among those who dont understand the meaning

Thompson is a perfect example He came into the season highly rated and has been poor at best Hes been outplayed by a number of his lower profile teammates

disappointed in Wests NYC Moltzen and Tagive after watching Wests Vs Manly NYC game. Im not saying their overrated but you'd think with them training with the 1st grade and access to fulltime training they would step up - Moltzen - moaned all game and outplayed by a 16 yr old Aussie Schoolboy and Tagive scored a try but with his speed and size should go looking for work esp when the game was close - more impressed with Manly winger Peneha

PS. I would rather watch NYC than NSW State Cup anyday.

Yeh I had similar thoughts about Tagive.

Why doesn't he play with as much enthusiasm as he does when in the first grade team? He tries to take a run from dummy half every 2nd play - even prepared to knock the hooker out of the way!

your kidding...I suppose it's a total coincidece that we're started to win since he's been back, he's also had an injury disrupted season and is actually playing with a great deal of pain atm.

take him out of our side and kiss their chances goodbye.

We were actually struggling early on and when he was missing they won a few.

He is just too one out. Sure he runs it hard but he gets gang tackled because he never looks to create any second phase.
