Movie; Session 9 - Anybody Seen It?

Has anybody seen or heard about a movie called Session 9 starring the guy out of CS Miami - Carouso?

Do you know if it's been released in Australia?
How could I let this one past me?
Does anybody know anything about this movie at all?

And has anybody read a novel called Project 7?

got a bad review on bloody-disgusting.com, but then again the review does look like it was done by a 3 year old. IMDB score is ok tho.
