I've got one thing to say to you people.

Back Mundine by KO!

I've got $200 Mundine by KO at 3-1.

I'm gonna back rounds 4 and 5 and 8 by KO too.

That's all.

Get in early.

He'll put Soliman to rest.

Next Wednesday night? The 28th isn't it?

I didn't see Mundine Soliman 2 myself.
But everyone says that part one should have went to Soliman.

I can't comment on the second fight.

But there seems doubt that Mundine could beat Sam.
Soliman is sort a thorn in Mundine's side so I figure that Mundine will end all this talk and brutalize Soliman.

I mean, put 2 and 2 together - Mundine is $1:20 straight out ! What's that telling you?

3-1 you can get about the KO and I'm on.
I'll monitor it too to see if it comes in any shorter.

Mundine will knock Soliman out.

His last fight against 'that other guy' there was too much mutual respect between 'em that's why I backed Mundine by way of decision.

This time Mundine will show you why he's good.
Yer sure, he's good an all. He's at his peek currently and will make a mockery of Soliman.

I can't see it going any other way.

KO.

Take that to the bank!

I believe there was a rematch clause.. Complete waste of time this fight though.

Yep, rematch clause for this one, waste of time really. I want the man to step up and show us all how good he really is.

I expect nothing but a KO in tomorrow nights fight though!

It will end Soliman's career if he gets decked I believe.

Mong, I know Mundine will win but it better be by KO!
If this fight goes the distance then I'll be even more suspicious.

I was only thinking last night how Danny Green robbed us of a rematch with Mundine.
It wasn't just Green versus Mundine it was white Australia versus, "whoops," there you go!
Danny Green let us down!

By rights Mundine should have met Green on Green's terms and weight in a rematch.
For Green to drop 10 KG's in that first fight was fighting at dangerous levels.
No wonder he collapsed in that fight over in Perth that time and was sloppy.
He could have been killed by draining all the fluid out of his body like that.

I just hope for Danny's sake he doesn't realise in 2 years hey why did I do that here I come again.

Look at Fenech for instance, this is why Boxing is suffering. That is nothing short of disgraceful what he's doing.
If I remember last, Fenech was flattened up in Newcastle, was it? And he fell like timber and had all his lower lip busted open?
What complete joke Boxing has become.
I can't warm to any fights coming up this year.

You know who it'll be next, don't ya? Tyson. He won't be able to help himself.
If he doesn't appear in Crocodile Dundee 4 then he'll be back.

I'm off to back my other bet for tomorrows fight right now.
I'll go Mundine by KO rounds 5 and 8 with about $10 on each bet.

The moment Mundine leaves our shores and stops fighting hacks then I'll watch his career with any interest.
He has to go overseas.
I don't think he'll stand the test of times overseas though.
Why won't Mundine face that Scorpian Contender bloke?
Mundine would beat him, you know?

Oh and P.S. I'm not watching the fight tomorrow.
It'll be a throwback to the old days when I relied on the radio for updates.
f**k getting this fight on paperview.
I don't even care, I just want my mother f**king money!
You know what.....if Mundine is so short for a straight-out victory and a KO is expected.....why is the KO 3-1 and not some pissant $1:65 option? Hmmmm.

Green wouldn't have had a rematch with Choc, he was not in the same ball park for class the first time around.. He wasn't going to improve that much at his age...

He wasn't in the same class that night because of the weights, you know that!

A drop of 10kg's will do strange things to a person like that.

Can you imagine Kathy O'hara having to ride -

No, that's a bad comparison.
Forget it.

Mong.....do you remember that night? Green Mundine one? When they came out late that night it was rather chilly outside remember?

Green versus Mundine two in Greens division is a different story.
It would have been a lot closer than the first one.

That argument doens't hold anywater to me.. Green fought at SM for the majority of his career..

There was so much difference between the two class wise that you can't blame on one weight division movement..

SB... I'll drop a couple of match-ups into the mix that might just warm the cockles of your heart...

Cotto - Margarito
Abraham - Miranda
Pacquiao - Diaz
Montial - Mijares (hopeful at this stage)

also, you'll have David Haye's first forays into the heavyweight division before the end of the year...so it's not all doom and gloom in regards to matters in the squared circle.

Got to agree with you on the Fenech - Nelson debacle though, why would anyone bother...

same for Choc, until he fights overseas and against top quality opposition, the jury remains out...

Asides from the fact that it was a fight that shouldn’t have happened except there was a rematch clause.. Things I had to shake my head at last night in the Mundine V Soliman fight…

Danny Green – The only person that can beat Mundine is me…. Eerrr, hello dopey, he smashed you, you were not even in the same class so how do you come to that conclusion? You even retired so you wouldn’t lose your title to him What’s the bet that Choc abuses him all week for those comments and the week after Green comes out of retirement in an attempt to “Silence the man”

Solimans camp:

After fight 1 – We were robbed
After fight 2 – Mundine was lucky
After fight 3 – We were robbed

What sooks..

Anthony Mundine – Still the champ Still the Man…

Is Mundine ever going to fight a new opponent??

His last 4 "big" fights have been against 2 f**king people and have been absolute no contests.

Agreed Mong, bit of a shame to see DG mugging himself off like that...I've got a lot of time for Green, but there's no point fronting up with comments like that 'post retirement'.

Hopefully Choc will let it lie and we won't have to put up with DG "coming out of retirement to silence the man". Choc has got to fight better opposition and give the Aussie scene a wide berth...

I'd fancy Choc against most of the 'Ring' top ten, as long as he gets his head right and is prepared to travel...the long term goal has to be the Dane, Kessler, but Bute or Andrade would be decent match ups...

or Bika in Sydney...also, Lacy would probably travel over here, after all he fought Calzaghe in Cardiff.

But Choc's got to take the plunge, it's all open at 168 and Joe's going to concentrate on the super fights, so there's room to manouvre if he fancies it...if he hangs about for too long he'll have blokes like Froch overtaking him...

we'll just have to hope he does the right thing...

Kessler Bute or Andrade wouldbe good fights.. Wouldn't bother with lacy though.

I don't rate Bika that high either to be honest but if he was to fight here yet again Bika would be the best choice

Yeah, good post mate. I agree.

Choc has proven himself as a world class fighter but he needs to stop fighting people like Soliman.

How Sam thinks he won that fight last night I'll never know - must have copped one too many right hands to the head.

To all the idiots who say green got owned....wake up seriously....... Green had to drop 10 kgs to get down to mundine cause ... mundine said he wouldn't fight him at his weight and in doing that lost alot of power....... if mundine went up to his weight then it would be a decent bout........ But its a fight i dont want to see anyway

and another thing can someone please tell me a well known figher that mundine has beaten because all he does is fight Pub boxers..... hes a BUM and always will be till he fights a fighter who is actually skilled..... hes deadset struggled to beat sam soliman a guy that got flogged on the boxing show The Contender

He did get owned.. Did you not see the fight and the result?

Funny that not that long before that bout greens much talked about "power" won him a title at SM..

hes deadset struggled to beat sam soliman a guy that got flogged on the boxing show The Contender

Are you talking about fight 1? Fight 2 he Ko'd him and he won easy last night.. I can only think your talking about the first fight they had when Mundine was still a bit of a novice..

Absolutely HD, I reckon ol' Sammy boy was still brim full of testosterone from the 9th, his only decent round, and it clouded his judgement post fight...

Choc's a big fight for pugilists of Soliman's stamp, but the jobs been done and it's been done in the deep south...

Hopefully all this Mexican bleating won't have any effect on Choc. He's got to stay quiet and let Sammy's camp talk it up all they like, there are bigger fish to fry and Choc needs to get stuck into the marquee names at 168...

here's hoping...
