So, QLD scum, I made a quick video of Nate Myles and his "clumsy" tackling style. Lord knows how comprehensive the video would be If I had every Origin game he's played in, or his club games.

Can anyone think what the reaction would be like if someone like Gallen was running around and using similar tackling technique on the Queenslanders? Or god forbid Jarryd Hayne, with his equally impressive forehead?

Seems when someone in Maroon runs around grubbing it up that the Inbredlanders are blind to it. If a QLDerper brings the filth, it's not his go :lol:

It's how he tackles. He looks unco as f**k. But seriously ask yourself, why would any Rugby League player lead with their head into any tackle? Unless they genuinely wanted some sort of neck/spinal injury.

I'd love to see a video composed of all the "questionable" acts by Paul Gallen in all his tackles throughout the series.

I made that video a couple of years ago. There is still a comment war going on. its pretty funny, i read them from time to time for lolz.

But that series was the high watermark for NSW grubiness. They have toned it down. Change of coach perhaps? Now its whinging that seems to be the NSW thing. Maybe that is an extension of Ricky?

Interesting to think about. A team taking on the temperament of a coach. QLD seem a bit like Mal. Though i'm old enough to remember Big Mals pre game speech in the huddle from that one time they allowed a camera and a mic in the huddle. It hasnt happened again - but man, it was awesome.
