You have local juniors that make Australian schoolboys and you're not interested to see them develop through the club ranks? They may be a few years away from first grade, but these are guys you want to take a punt on and see if they eventually become your clubs' next champions.

I guess the reasoning is Parramatta are pretty well covered in the forwards dept..
