If they legitimately play him wide against Simona or Nofa Souths are in a lot of trouble.

Brown is a prop and a prop only

Tbh if we ever wanted to get one over them, this is the week when you look at their 17.
Not that I'm expecting anything other than Souths 13+

I'd say it's more a jersey thing then anything else. He'll probably play tight and Ben Lowe on the edge.

Does it say anything about our club that he's moved to Souths and immediately looks much fitter than he's ever been before? Fit enough that he is now playing in the back row - which if you would have suggested this while he was with us, would have been laughable.

I want him to get smashed and so far he has been smashed. Its the first decent game Lodge has played this year though.

He got sat down by Lodge hard on his first carry and it kind of shied him for the rest of the game. That could have easily went the other way. He bolted onto that ball like a freight train but Lodge just buried him. That was the best moment of the game.

He got too emotional and was trying too hard. Was always goingto happen in a game against his best mates he grew up playing footy with. Whilst yes we exploited his weaknesses we know are there, he is a better player then that.

Had a shocker, Lodge ironed him out first carry and Brooks completely stood him up to score a try. Loved the boys all giving him head pats every time he did something wrong.

To be honest I have never really rated him that highly (Lodge, Ava, Sue and Woods are all much better and still in the early part of their careers), and I don't think he's that big of a loss. If he was worth it, he would have played a lot more first grade with us under Potter.
