We know the guy bleeds blue and gold, but seriously he deserves a premiership. And, as a club, do we have the goods to deliver one before this guy retires?

No we don't , and frankly if he walked out on the club to join Melbourne or Manly or Brisbane for that chance to win a premiership I wouldn't blame one bit .

Obviously this is hypothetical. Although I don't think it would ever happen, and I would be shattered if it did, you couldn't blame him. He absolutely gives his all every week, and all the heroes next to him have a sook about copping a spray from the coach.

I wouldn't blame him one bit, but pissing off when going gets tough is not his style.

wouldn't blame him from chasing the big dollars eg overseas etc. He doesn't have much left in him and we are no chance. Couldn't blame him. Not sure he would play for another NRL team though.

Hope he goes to a top Super league side for one last shot at a comp and a good little earner god knows he deserves it.

Nothing would suprise me anymore. The games a business not a f**king charity. No-one should begrudge hindy anything once he honours he's contract.

tbh I think Hindy would be last person at our club who would walk away to a rival NRL team however I can see him going overseas...

he prob would go to england at the end of 2010 .. so if he wins one over there i'll be happy 4 him.. just hope we can give him one before he goes

I wouldn't hold it against him if he bailed on the last year of his contract to go to England to to set himself up financially. Realistically we aren't going to get the premiership he deserves between now & 2010 so even though we would miss him I think he should go for the cash.

Yes the guy does deserve a premiership, however i think if he left it would sound the end of the club as we know it. And that is more important than any 1 player or winning a title. Could you imagine Price leaving if things didn't go his way? If things are as bad as we think within the club with players not giving a crap, the last thing we need is the 1 player that does jump ship.
And it's not like he isn't paid well at the moment either

hybrid, Pricey left rugby union at the drop of a hat for the dosh. There's no point saying he wouldn't have done it because we won a premiership and played in Grand Finals as soon as he got here, so we will never know.

The look on Nathan's face after the 2001 loss should make him an inspiration, however do younger players these days really appreciate the club's veterans enough? RL has started to glorify young players too much IMO, and it has taken the focus off the workers of the team.
