I like the my player. The face scan is alright needs tweaking my guy looks a bit like me not 100% but still cool

I like that you don't get drafted straight away and you got to work harder to get a contract in my player

What are some of the things you have to do before you get drafted?

Well instead of being drafted it starts with you sitting watching the draft and you don't get drafted so you go crazy at your agent but he goes on about some teams who have showed some varying interests so you choose one to try out for in a scrimmage and depending on how interested they are in you will determine what grading you need to get in the scrimmage for them to offer you a ten day contract. I got one with Hornets and after 2 ten day contracts I've finally got a year contract with them. Endorsements depend on how many xp you get which is good.

i enjoy the my player modes of most sports games. But 2k have brought it to a whole new level with a proper story line which i enjoy

I skipped half of my first season as I choose Orlando, and anything positive I did while on the court was completely erased by what the AI did while I was off the court. We only won one game, and that was one where I got an abnormal amount of minutes, and ended up spanking the Lakers. Speaking of the Lakers, they offered me a contract for my second season, which is where I wanted to be all along.

Also seems like they are setting up Dante Exum to be your rival, my player started trash talking him without me even doing anything.

Haha after my first game with Charlotte on my 1 year deal Dante came to mine as he is managed by my agent and he started trash talking me. His voice is actually in the game not just subtitles. Last season it was a computer generated rival so I think its cool its a real life rookie.

Al Jefferson is taking me under his wing. I'm trying to get through as much of the season without simulating

I didn't want to simulate anything, but it was too annoying to sit and watch a team I didn't like blow the leads I was giving them.

Way too easy to pad my stats at the Lakers, playing as a point guard, if I want assists all I have to do is pass it to Kobe with 4 seconds on the shot clock.

Always not drafted. Easier to move between teams this way I find

I always played association which they have made now GM mode. Such a wank, you have to use VC to get trades over the line.

Servers were a bitch on launch, haven't had major issues with them since.

Did a 10 dayer with Charlotte, got knocked back.

Did a 10 dayer with Sacramento, focused on shooting in close, solid defence and trying to get as many assists and def offloads as possible. Scored a rest of season contract.

Playing as a SF atm. Usually only play Guards so wanna try out a few different positions.
