The spurs are the biggest randomns. After they beat LA and Oklahoma EVERYONE was saying how the team was top 2 in the league. Now they lost 2 in a row they should've won. TP is having a terrible season compared to his last.

Yeah, most of the Spurs have been inconsistent. I don't know why, but Manu just doesn't seem to be Manu anymore. Don't know whats the deal there. RJ hasn't fit in as hoped, although there's still time for that to work out. One saving grace is that Duncan has been phenomenol this season. Guy is truly amazing. As long as TD is in the league, I'll never count out the Spurs.

Plus you have the man-child DeJuan Blair to get excited about.

If the Clippers play like crap how many points do they beat New Jersey by? About 20 or so. I also found it funny how I saw more Lakers and Nets jerseys than Clippers stuff. Ah well Lakers Magic tonight.
EDIT sorry they beat them by 11. I sort of tuned out after seeing both teams piss around for the game.

Good game. Thought the Lakewould run away with it bur orlando kept it interesting. Howard was beasting. Anyway home tomorrow and I can't help but feel a little depressed. Bye bye Staples memories. bye bye bums who stand around after the game asking for change. I swear there is one like every 20 metres. Bye bye the agressive bum who tells everyone he is a former Marine and how he would die for his marine friends. Bye bye hookers who stand around after the game handing out coupons for brothels. Ah memories.

The Big Aristotle passed the 28k mark for total points. Still 10,387 behind Kareem.

Imagine if Shaq conditioned himself like Kareem, would he have smashed every record by now? Or what if he was wired like Jordan?

LeBron should also pass 15k later this season (about 700 to go with 40 games remaining), at which time he'll become the youngest to pass the mark. Wonder how many records he'll break by the time he's done?

I've always felt that if Shaq had conditioned himself properly and had the same drive as MJ or even Kobe that he'd be the greatest player in the history of the game. Let me put it to you this way. We'll see 10 MJ's before we see another Shaq. There have been many great bigs in the history of the NBA but none of them even came close to having the same combination of size and skill that he had.

You could even say that Lebron is the back-court equivalent of Shaq. There have been many great wing scorers in NBA history but none come close to matching Lebron's size, speed and talent. The guy literally has no ceiling. He can be whatever he wants to be.

Hmmm. I'm starting to think that this Orlando team runs better with White Chocolate at the point rather than Jameer.

Will we see 35 shot Kobe today? I think so seeing as he needs 19 points to get to 25k.

Cavs by 8. Too strong at home although no Mo has me a touch worried.

A (US) nationally televised game against LeBron and you think he's settling for anything less than 25-30 shots? He took 33 shots on Christmas Day, with Gasol playing!

Should be a cracker though, Lakers need this big time and Cavs will be trying to prove that what happened Christmas wasn't a fluke.

Losing to a Mo-less Cavs team is troubling.

Kobe youngest to 25 000. Even if he did take 31 shots ;-)

Would of liked to have won that one but Cavs were too strong in the end and deserved the win, hopefully it will be a different story if we come up against them in the finals.
