http://www.nero.com/en/631940726560344.html (Click this link to install the driver)

From the nero site...

18. Nero is unable to find the Win ASPI driver. What do I do?

This is caused by one of the below issues.

The Nero WNASPI32.DLL did not install or was deleted or damaged. Simply download our ASPI Driver.

You may have experienced this error if you had CD Creator on your system, or some other recording software, and you just uninstalled it and when you did this, it also uninstalled the C:\Windows\Systems\WNASPI32.DLL driver. You must replace this driver from the Windows installation disc, or go to a colleague’s computer with the same OS and copy his driver and place into your C:\Windows\Systems directory

From the link I provided you - on the left hand side is a tool bar. Click individually on each of the items under ASPI Driver.

They are:
NEASPIEN.EXE
NEASPIDT.EXE
NEASPIFR.EXE
and
WNASPI32.DLL

You must click on them from that link however as I haven't hyperlinked this message.

Let me know if that doesn't work for you!

It should be housed here:
C:\Windows\Systems directory

is yours completely missing from that location?

It lets me download the WNASPI32.DLL . Then comes up open or save it , when you press open ,you get the message -You are attempting to open a file of type 'Application Extension'(.dll)
These files are used by operating system and by various programs.
Editing or modifying them could damage your system. If you still want to open the file click open with otherwise click Cancel.
Then another box opens and gives you these options .
Acrobat Reader 5.0
Cover Designer
Dummy
Heros of Might and Magic iv Campa
Image Preview
Imaging
Internet Explorer
Javaw
Javaws
Microsoft Access for Windows
" Excell " "
" FrontPage
" PowerPoint for Windows
Nero-Burning Rom
Net Meeting Chat
Note Pad
Paint
Picture Viewer
Quick Time Player
" " Updater
Spybot-Search & Destroy
Tix Register 2
Trelix Program File
Win Ace Archiver v2.0
Windows Media Player
" " " "
" " Movie Maker
Word Pad
Then you have the option of if not 1 of these type in type in which 1 tried
C:\Windows\Systems directory but was not found .

OK:
Download a new one from here
http://www.ezgoal.com/channels/developer/f.asp?f=189000

open up the folder you unzipped the .dll to and click view -> folder options. Under the view tab there should be an option to show or hide system files, you want to be ale to view all the files and folders. This should reveal your .dll file in the folder because it is a system file and windows automatically hides them
You then need to put the file into the folder it belongs in which is C:\Windows\Systems\
