I've been trying hard to find new bands and/or songs to listen to, but the radio isn't much help, and people I know aren't either (they're all into different music tastes to me).

So I was wondering if anyone out there could suggest good bands similar to the ones I like that I could check out?

Thanks.

My favourite bands include: Sevendust, Killswitch Engage, Fear Factory, Ill Nino, Mudvayne, Drowning Pool, Mushroomhead, Disturbed, Coal Chamber, Soulfly....

Thanks a lot guys.

I've been racking my brains trying to find stuff lol.

The other day I heard this song on the radio (Triple J I think). Musically it sounded like Sevendust, but the singer was....different lol.

Alas, they didn't mention who it was and their website didn't either.

It'd getting harder and harder to find cool bands these days lol.

Sevendust are great!

Try Slipknot, Nine Inch Nails, System of a down, Nirvana, they're good, i quite like them, heavy metal, it's good to scream too.

You can also try The Used, My Chemical Romance, Finch, Jimmy Eat world, taking back sunday..

Just to name a few.

Yeah i agree with you Eelamentry, the radio sucks, it plays no good music.

if its a metal sounds your after then try the new death by stereo album, death for life.

gone away from the harder punk sound and have pretty much embraced a full out metal sound. great album.

Superheist haven't been going around for a few years now. Broke up ages ago. Liked their early stuff and their late stuff, could easily leave the stuff in the middle.
