As our game slowly but surely grabs a toehold in numerous locations across the globe, in regards to the embryonic governing bodies nurturing and fostering the future of the code.............. ........what lessons can they learn from the historical errors of the Australian, English, French and New Zealand authorities ?

Our game is littered with stories of mismanagement, missed opportunities to expand, wrong decisions for the game; self interest and ambition of individual people, clubs and countries and good old fashioned stuff ups !

Will new frontiers to our game be able to learn from the past and forge ahead .....or blindly repeat it and flounder through ?
