Footballers get knocked around a lot so I suppose it's a chance our guys to train hard without the wear and tear on their joints and muscles. Anything that we adopt from top sporting teams around the globe can only be a good thing.

Hopefully it allows Young to play at least into his 30's. He is so valuable to our team and I don't think it is any coincidence the intensity has dropped whilst he has been out injured.
