How would Hearns suggestion to scrap the salary cap help things? Clubs already have a marquee opportunity and look at the dross that has been signed under that, if they had the money they'd be signing NRL stars or Union stars already.

You don’t NEED the Hearns. You just need an RFL that hires the best possible talent. Get some young blood. It’s always dinosaurs or middle aged men that don’t understand the changing market.
