New Premier League Coach...

If it is who I think it is, and who Sideline is hinting at, then it would be the height of arrogance. Strangely not surprising at our club at the moment, but disapointing for the future of the club and the best choice for the job.

Personally I think the bloke in question is a super bloke, and a very very nice bloke and has done a sh*t load to help the club. However the fact remains that his selection on the coaching staff would just not sit well with the majority of sharks fans.

It's time that as a club, we move on from this kind of appointment.

The real question.

Is Premier League there to be run as a seperate comp and should be run to win, first and foremost.

or

Is Premier League there to be a feeder to NRL, first and foremost.

I think our split shows the current thinking.

No, I've heard whispers its Craig Wilson!

He'd be from De La wouldn't he?

Where's number 2 brother Kurt Raper? May as well bring him back too.

To hell with it, let's give Johnny another go as well. Let's not leave out mum Carol, she can cut the oranges.

Alan rewrote "What's my team?" for the NRL advertising campaign. Just happened to be a friend of DAve Faulkner ( a shark fan) who agreed to do it. He was a trainer for Parra last I heard.

None I believe.

He's the current Development Officer.

He's probably got a Grade III certificate because I think that's the minimum these days.

craig wilson would be a great choice as a coach. from all the coaches and trainers etc that i have been involved in he knows alot more than all of them. not only that but hes a good bloke as well.

at the start of the year he had alot to do with bringing all the junior kids (matthews/ball) skills up to scratch during the off season. also helped out as an advisor of sorts to the coaches. from what i saw he really added alot. it was too bad he didn't have a formula to stop injuries ( to key players) or some kind of potion to put 15kg on each player. that would have helped

was coach to ther nsw residents side this year. and was also on the cover of the coaches manual or something up until this year charging down a kick.
got replaced by brad fittler.

good bloke. But is the perception of his appointment what the club needs ? or is it simply another brick in the wall that is the modern mafia running our club ?

That's the question that needs to be discussed.
