CEO Ross from Bigant said last year there wont be another one for 3 or 4 years. Presumably it didnt work out with the new developer, whoever they were, so BigAnt were approached to make it again. But he was right, there is not even one in development anymore.

Likely regressed, they recently pulled the last game off of Steam due to losing the license.
