Newtown Jetettes 2008!

Hi everyone!

We're bringing back the Newtown Jetettes for season 2008!

I know many people wondered what happened to us last year. Well, we were taken to another club, which was really disappointing as we LOVED playing under the Newtown colours... But we're really looking forward to coming back to the mighty Jets this year!

A couple of things if anyone can please help. We're looking for players so if anyone is interested in playing women's rugby league (unfortunately you do actually have to be a woman...) or knows of anyone who is, please put them in touch with me or email [email protected]. Another very important thing: We need a coach! If anyone is interested in coaching we'd really appreciate it!

We're really excited and happy to be coming back to the Jets, and look out for us playing a few curtain-raisers throughout the year!

Thanks 2 True and Brendo! I think playing like a girl may not be quite enough femininity unfortunately. But are you sure you're not interested in coaching?? ;-)

It's been said that my man-boobs are very female like... So would that mean getting a run? Actually, some of the RAB girls that I saw were pretty scary!!!

I live too far away now, and would not have the time or talent to be an effective coach in either case, but best of luck and I hope to be there for a fews games to cheer the girls on.
