You've all heard the name folks, The Coogee Dolphins are one of the most succesful teams in the Souths District. We face a massive task this weekend.


A task we relish. Turning around 60 points against the best team in the comp, possibly n Sydney A grade football and lifting Newtown up the ladder.

Last week is history and as they say, statistics are a record of the past, not an indication of the future.

In my three years at Newtown we have never got the chocolates against Coogee but rest assured I will break whatever bones I have left to win this match. I want the two points. I want a Newtown victory and I want this team to perform to its potential.

well it should be a good game against coogee at the picturesque coogee oval - just remember the sign under the grandstand change rooms to organise the team. wish the boys well for the weekend but i shall see u in melb on sat night anyway - time for some revenge against the dolphins with some sweet victory beers in the coogee bay hotel and the beach palace hotel

remember that last weeks weaklings can be this weeks heroes
