Next coach sacked 2026

Payten just masterminded a win over Melbourne….5 year extension. Flanno would be under the most pressure at the moment. All the other teams off to dire starts either had good 2025s giving the coach some goodwill, or have sacked a coach since the end of last season.

Flanagan into outright first position.

Most likely to get his marching orders if he loses the Spoon Bowl against Manly in 2 weeks time.

Flanno without peptides and questionable salary cap compliance is....not great

How many years and won f**k all for your mob now?

This must be hard for you.

On one hand, ragging on the Dragons is thrilling. On the other hand, Peptide Shane really has been shown up and that raises more big flags over 2016. And no, tbh, I'd probably not give much of a f**k if the same cloud hung over an Eels premiership.

The dichotomy of man...

True that, it's why taking away the "win" never works.

The fans will still shrug their shoulders and remember the win. And besides they beat Melbourne, the cheatingest cheats that have ever cheated

I couldn’t give a f**k about Flanagan.

The Premiership victory was more about Maloney and Barba and the forward pack than any genius of Flanagan as is being shown with his stint at the Dargons.

But it obviously shytes you that the Sharks had legitimate success in 2016.

Jog on.

It should be Ricky Stuart it's his 13th season as coach of the Raiders with no premierships to show for it, people are saying Flanagan but didn't the Dragons extend him not long ago?

.

If the saints send Flanagan packing who are they going to give the interim job to, Dean Young? I fell asleep just typing his name.

Got to admire sticky, so much mediocrity but never in the firing line. That’s some skill set he has!

He has a way of gaining favour through adversity and speaks of it in a way that only he can fix it.

Truth is, he's done very little with several decent squads and plenty of talent.

Ricky is safe. He won the club a minor premiership just last year and has been the only one to take them to a GF since the mid-90s, they'd literally have to get the wooden spoon this year for the Raiders board to even add it as an agenda item for 2027.

Flannagan is clear favourite by a long way. Todd will most likely drift back into contention as the season drifts on.
