Divide 75 million subscriber revenue by 1 million subscribers

Then divide by 12 to get a monthly figure

Depends. They have a free tier which may count here. They may be counting unique subscribers over a year, including people that have left. Id bet it counts a lot of subhub subs.

But all I do know is that according to Singtels annual report, their total revenue from paytv operations was about AU$234m, including operations in Singapore.
