But theres nothing to stop NRL selling it to FTA AND PTV is there? Depends I suppose if the PTV simucast value is worth more than the FTA exclusivity value.Same thing though. If a fta have the rights they don't have to share.
Sure it mightlol I've got that dckhead on ignore. Where did he get the figure from?
I think if a team can help double that number then it adds an extra 2.5million season audience in a new market for NRL.
Its not an OR, its an AND lol.Sure it might
But png (the team you are bagging) will be adding 50 to 100 million
Nine pay $115mill for 3 games a week, finals, exclusive GF and Origin. What makes you think Origin alone is worth $100mill? lolThey can have origin on a streaming service / pay tv on top of free to air
It doesn’t have to be exclusive on fta
Seven and Fox could bid for it like they last time
But the 30 million pa they offered was a joke
It would have to be 100 million pa to make it worth it
Only dickhead is you cob who is constantly wrong. The data is straight from what west Aussie gets as flaunted by your own media.lol I've got that dckhead on ignore. Where did he get the figure from?

Because I’m talking about Foxtel also showing it at the same time so it’s worth more than currentNine pay $115mill for 3 games a week, finals, exclusive GF and Origin. What makes you think Origin alone is worth $100mill? lol
yeh we get the Friday game at 3pm part of the year shown on a digital channel lol. Its hardly going to be a ratings winner. Id be lucky to see 2 live games a week these days, rest I watch on Kayo replay.

Peanut logic. Networks want live and exclusive content. They will pay less if it's shared Nimrod.Because I’m talking about Foxtel also showing it at the same time so it’s worth more than current

its worth much less to Nine if its simulcast.
Thanks scoopits worth much less to Nine if its simulcast.
Thanks scoop
I’m taking about seven putting in a joint bid with Foxtel and what they would need to offer to make it worth it for the arl
I mean they did actually put in a lowball bid last time with FoxtelLol this "Seven will take Origin on its own" crap happens every rights discussion
I mean they did actually put in a lowball bid last time with Foxtel
I’m shocked you didn’t know this given claims to be an “industry expert”
Yeh $10mill a year is taking the pss lol

Channel Seven offers $150 million to wrestle State of Origin from Nine
The current rights holder is under pressure from its biggest rival, with a $150million deal reportedly on the table to take Origin rights to a new home after network chiefs met with Peter V'landys last week.www.dailymail.co.uk
