The Sharks have a pre-approved loan for the refurbishment from the Commonwealth Bank. This has been known for a long time.
They aren't spending their own money, they'll use the banks and let the pokies pay it back.
Keep our reserves as they are, reserves for further investment.

It’s a shame the afl weren’t just open about what the figure is it’s like they are afraid the figure will get beaten by the nrl

Yes here is he story about $450m pa DANZ and 7TV $170 to equal $620m pa. I must say DANZ ( Foxtel at that time) paid way over IF, IF, these are true numbers. Feb 2026 will reveal all, Financial Annual reports come out.

So I think they will pay 'Unders' ie small increase for NRL. Because they overplayed for FL. The best way to fix this is to scale back what we give exclusivity to them. ie have other PAY TV streamers come in also. AND get 10 and Nine on board as well..
