I just noticed we haven't got a thread for week 3.

My apologies if I'm blind and can't see it...

Is anyone watching the Pats v Texans...

I'm f**king calling it now... if the Pats win next week... they are going to run the gauntlet and go undefeated through the rest of the season...

Yeah it's probably a massive overreaction but with a pissed off Tom Brady these motherf**kers are gonna wreck shit!!

Good god, if the Patriots weren't favourites before, they are now. They might was well do a Herschel Walker like trade with Brady and bring Tebow and Sanchez in for giggles. Probably still win it all.

The Texans fumbles were horrible, but good luck to the rest of the league. GOAT and lewis both to come back, top 5 defence and a top offence, they won't go undefeated but have to be massive favourites for the Lombardi

Elway was right not to fork out the big $$$ for Osweiler. Still unproven against quality opposition and tonight's game shows he has a long way to go before he can be considered elite. by not re-signing Osweiler we were able to re-sign Miller, Sanders and Marshall to long term deals.

Pats will wipe the floor with the Bills. Their biggest test will be against the Steelers and Broncos and then to a lesser extent the Seahawks, Ravens and Bengals. I expect the Patriots to go 14-2 this seas with a 3-0 start without Brady.

Yep, it would seem the Broncos pulled the right rein. Pun intended.

Osweiller seemed a bit petulant when they went with Manning, and was pretty ordinary today.

Just a question, he'd get a ring for being on the bench wouldn't he?

GOAT?

The Patriots have now won more games in the last 12 days without Brady than the Colts won in an entire season without Manning. In total, the Patriots are 14-5 without him.

We could debate all day about who is really the GOAT QB but clearly Brady's case takes a hit as BB is the GOAT coach, even with all his cheating.

I don't think anyone actually thought osweiler was a good move, its no real surprise.

Shit teams always make silly plays for QBs who have come from a good system. It's nothing new, but always funny to watch.

Whereas the vikings made a play for a qb from horrible systems. Let's hope the reverse result is forth coming.

Bradford has always been a talent. Having said that He finds himself in a Peyton Manning-esque situation this year in that he just has to play semi-decent and the rest of the team will carry him though.

the QBs that the colts put out that year were horrible and the team was on a major decline, this team is primed on both sides of the ball, hell Jacoby outside of his TD basically did nothing but throw a few check downs and a nice 3rd down to Amendola, against a texans team that badically handed the pats all their points.

Jimmy G could easily start in this league for another team, has the arm talent, and the brain to easily be successful.

Kerry Collins played in a Superbowl. The year before he sat out with injury, Manning took a joke of a team to the playoffs and should have won in the first round but Jim Caldwell blew it after the Colts took the lead with a minute left. Caldwell couldn't hold BB's jock. Manning has had 4 different coaches in 4 Superbowl's.

Obviously, the Pats are loaded this year and Jimmy G looks pretty good so far but Mallett and Hoyer have done nothing elsewhere. Cassell went 11-5 with the Patriots and we all know how he has done outside of NE.

Mallet was a bust, because he doesn't have the drive, and that was well known coming out of Arkansas, Hoyer was destined to be a career back up, look at the 2 teams that started him, says it all.

That Colts team was far from a joke, 29 other teams would of taken that DE combo.
