Eli didn't play too badly, but his promo was ridiculous. The way they tried to defend Manning like it was the Chargers who told him not to want to play in San Diego, how 'its not personal but i will hurt you' non sense.

I usually love them.. but yeh, He uhh... didnt scare me.

Eli was solid.. but nothing special.

Yeah bloody oath I can't wait to see the Bucs play again, in fact I think fox in America were advertising their game for the double header, does this mean fox sports Australia will cover this match as well?

The way the Bucs are going, its no wonder ya cant wait to see them play Cadillac Williams is on fire.

Yeah, it's great that the Bucs finally have a decent RB again (no offence to Pittman but he really went off the boil the past couple of seasons).

bad luck deano, foxsports must have thought the bucs-lions game would put people back to sleep at 3am so they gave it a miss. i'm sorry but i sort of agree with them.

instead they are showing 2 great matchups.

3am..........rams @ giants
6.15am.........cowboys @ raiders

this is good luck for me as i can see the rams pound on poor little eli and watch the offense put up 30+ points on the pretenders that are the giants d.

and then we can watch moss put the dallas secondary to the sword as he has every time he has played them.

the double headers are back and i'm loving it.

good news everyone.

daylight saving has arrived this weekend so the early game starts at 5am now.

actually it might be bad news if you have to leave for work before 8am.

the games this week are

5am - vikings @ panthers - foxsports 1

8:15am - eagles @ broncos - foxsports 1

that's 2 cracking games for us to watch.

how many tds will steve smith score this week?

will culpepper throw multiple interceptions on the road again?

will the eagles attempt more the 5 running plays?

what are the chances the broncos will have 2 100 yards rushers after the eagles held lt to 7 yards last week?

i'm gonna have to get the video tape out because these games will be too good to miss.

YOUR KIDDING ME!! OMG! its like christmas, if it really is then you have just made my day, and now with day light savings i get an hour's more sleep..


I would have normally just taped the highlights show and got up at about 12 if i didn't read this......

a mixed bag this week.

5am - arizona @ detroit - foxsports 1

8:15am - washington @ tampa bay - foxsports 1

the first game is an absolute stinker but it will give me the chance to see kurt play one more time. damn he has to be one of the unluckiest qbs going round. i've never seen a qb get so many td passes get called back because of penalties.

the second game is a bit better and a vital game for both. the bucs are sinking quickly and need a win to keep pace with the falcons and red hot panthers. the redskins just need to keep winning to keep up with the rest of the nfc east.

i really thought they would show the rams@seagulls game which will be a great game. oh well, you can't get everything you want.

monday night football we get to see the eagles offense play really well, according to mcnabb and his cronies, and put up another 10 points.
