NFT - Imposter Signitures.

Just letting you guys know that a poster on here is using subtle variations of peoples sigs to make abusive posts. One variation was to Bring it home Knights, where the imposter just substituted caps on the I and H to allow him the sig. I deleted these posts. Next time I’ll leave them up and you guys can judge for yourselves. This sort of thing is what gets forums shut down. The admin know who it is from the IP address.

I think I should have a say on the behaviour of Vigilante, and this thread looks a good place to do so.

I think the claims Vigilante, under his many user names, was making about the Knights board on the old forum probably had a fair bit to do with that forum going down. Who knows if the claims he was making were true all false, but one thing is for sure, they couldn't be proven, and as such they cross a legal boundary I'm sure.

He has already made several posts on this message board that I have had to delete because they must have been very close to libel, if not crossing the line.

This morning he has been posting using variations of other forum members handles to try to confuse people into thinking others share his views. (moderators can very simply check ip details, so we know who is posting).

When a thread by vigilante with a onesided poll on the Knights board went up I probably did the wrong thing by editing in another option in the poll (Vigilante sucks), but I have to say he is the one person making moderating this forum difficult at the moment.

Vigilante - you won't be banned from this forum - that is not the way we do business - but I wish you would try to find a way to get your message across that is not crossing over the boundaries of acceptable behaviour, because being your nursemaid is not a good job.

BUT he must know what he is doing if you have his IP Address (which by the way changes at each log in IF you know your stuff) but he MUST be speaking the truth if he is preapred to write that stuff. MAYBE we should listen

This message was written by an imposter BIHK. If you look at the post a few above you will see that only the first and last words have capitol letters in the real BIHKs handle. Their are a total of three BIHKs registered. Two are fakes.

In case anyone isn't able to see the 'trick' in this post, it is another pathetic attempt to use the good names of two of our members to put over a message for God knows what purpose. The real Terminator has over 200 posts and signs his name very differently, and the 'quote' from MC Dui can easily be checked with the original in his earlier post and be seen to be very much altered.
I have pm this person, asking what they hope to achieve with all this disruptive and destructive behaviour, but, of course, I have received no reply.
I have removed the personal Phone no for K Conway given in the post.
