It would be funny if Noel Cleal got offered, and accepted, a job from the eels..

What would Jamie do then?

But Noel wouldn't. He doesn't like Parramatta.

Noal who??

Dunley, Robson, Ryan, Kylie, Hex and Witt.....what other works of art has he completed

Who gives a shit about Jamie Lyon. I hope the fat pig forgets how to play football while over in England. Everybody knows that the English Super League is Bullshit and requires nowhere near as much skill or fitness as the NRL.

I'm looking forward to seeing Timana Tahu in the Blue & Gold. For he is an outstanding footballer...Go T!

He lost me the day he walked out on our GREAT CLUB.

I am not upset that he is gone. If a player is not proud to play in the Blue & Gold , then I rather they leave the club.

Out of curiosity how old will Lyon be when he returns to Australia in 2007 ?

If players wanted to be at Parra and were told they couldn't, then yeah I will feel for them and actively wish them the best in their future. But with a salary cap you can't keep everyone, and have to stick to a squad of your top 35-odd players.

But if anyone (Lyon) doesn't want to be at Parramatta, then I'd rather they go elsewhere than not perform with pride for the blue and gold. I saw Jamie live R1 2004 v bulldogs, and he played eith no pride.

As for Noel, there was obviously some dispute, Noel "lost out" but I wish him the best at Manly. But since I don't know what the dispute was about (other than official "explanations" about the effects of a pokie tax that hadn't even started at the time ), then I wish Noel the best in his new future too. It seems like he does his job very well.
