for about the first 5 years of whiskey's life dad would refer to him as "shithead".

Then he got made redundent and spent 7 months at home and then became best buds with him.

Also always had to get mum a "gay bourbon" when i'd get up while watching the footy because she would only drink diet coke, even with booze

My girlfriend used to call wi-fi, Wii-fi (like a Nintendo Wii) so we always call it that now.

When our youngest daughter was 2 she called a drink of milk a mook nu nu. My wife & I still call it that.

Although it does annoy me when she calls it the Hoover

Another one she has...she called bread rolls "cobs". Oranges, mandarins, tangelos are all oranges, and apparently over there they call crumpets "pike lets", and they don't have actual pike lets.

It's insanity! :crazy:

Used to call doonahs - quilts when I was younger.

I still call (the rare) Blockbuster (or whatever DVD rental place) a video store.
