I agree with this, on defence Nielson generally looks organised.
My beef with him is that he's horrible on attack, which I could live with if he didn't do anything stupid but this year its been all forward passes and dropped balls.
I can't live with horribleness on attack no matter how solid he is defensively.
I mean ffs, you grow up as a back playing rugby league and 15 years later you don't know to effectively draw and pass, wrong foot your opponent through a basic side step, swerve, or goosie, or create some space one way or the other. Wtf was he learning to do then???? It's beyond my comprehension.
Saying that, he has plugged the gap fine the past few weeks.
