No excuses for that piss poor performance tonight. We had help from the ref with the 7-2 penalty count and still got done by 50.

Absolutely disgraceful.

The excuses have been rampant the past two weeks where we've won in reserve grade quality matches, tonight against a genuine top 8 side we got shown how far off the pace we are.

Let's stop the excuses and start coming up with some solutions and for me it's get a coach who is going to stamp their authority on the team and have the BOD implement the structural changes that are so desperately needed.

There was definitely no excuses for the crap that was dished out against the Dolphins ...... Let's all be serious about this year , at this point of time they were better off last year , have they improved even with their signings I say no ....... So where lays the problem , Flanno yea but it is deeper than that as I have stated before the joint is toxic .......

All it takes is a head coach who will demand and get the changes from day dot.

I think the common mistake made by Flanagan and Griffin as well, was being so desperate to get another crack at coaching in the NRL that they kid themselves in to thinking our administrative issues were minor.

When we all heard/read about the things Ryles was demanding, I knew from the beginning he would've been the right man for the job, as he realised the enormity of the job at hand.
We need another prospective coach to step up to the plate and do the same thing, only this time actually sign the contract and get to work. Please NRL gods, make it happen.

No more excuses for all the poor 'attitude' areas of the game that we're lacking in and can be coached out of teams by good coaches.

No more excuses for losing matches when leading at half time and not playing for 80 mins.

No more excuses for this rubbish coach and his even more rubbish son.

There's nothing better to replace Shane with, that is apparent so its squabble for the sake of squabble, as frustrating as it is to play out.
Not sure if Flanagan has lost the dressing room but he has lost the plot with his pathetic selections but, much more than any of this, he has completely lost in the marketplace. Tonight is just one of the many, many reminders we get of it.

I agree the team is getting worse but, as happens most years, the rest of the comp has got it together by this point and it's boys v men each week until we play someone like Titans.

If Bears can get Meninga we might as well try and lure Slater over but it's so hard to dream when you've become so used to defeat.

Kyle has to be dropped for the Eels game. No excuses, can't believe Flanno praised him in the press conference what a deadset idiot. Nepotism doesn't belong at this level it pisses most fans off imagine how the players feel.
