I think Jason Stevens complained about Storm tactics well before that.

Matthew Elliot did as well. But 2006 it really took off because the NRL changed their rule interpretations(the never ending story). Oh god I can still remember how anal they were about the play the ball.

<Mate obversely u beening from WA u don't understand footy much just like the other WA people teams beening flogged by 50 isn't a good imaged ,thats why PERTH REDS DIDNT LAST and want have a team in the future...
