What a great interview and what a great bloke. Noddy really loves playing for his sharkies, he is the champion we all new he was(BTR???).I've said it before and I'll say it again, Noddy will be a legend at our club and in years to come he will be rememberred as our greatest 1/2 even better than Bishop.

Why am I being singled out again!!! Just because I bag his kicking game?

It was a great interview. He was refreshingly candid & Wozza asked some great, tough questions that he answered very, very well.
Good to hear his about dynamic relationship with the team & the coach.

Wally said BK was one of the better kickers in the comp, when they were doing a summary of the games after the interview and I believe Wally was classed as a great kicker in another thread, so what now BTR

Wally is gibberer.
I have watched the game against Canberra 3 times now. His kicking was very average.
keep listening to Wally, he makes it up as he goes along & confuses even himself.
Even Lozza(the seasoned pro) knows when to step in & take over now.

Well done Noddy. Major points were:
* Canberra win proved to Raper that his ideas are successful and that he does have a successful team on his hands.
* States he wears the cronulla emblem on his heart.
* Considers himself more of a leader. Is helping convey Rapers plans to the guys.
* Is desperate to dispell any claims he cannot play under Anderson.
* Indicates the club club doesnt want to make mass changes while the team goes well.
* Canberra was just one victory. Needs to be backed up by wins in some tough games ahead.
* Wants to prove Goose Gould wrong and leave him no other option but to pick him in the NSW side when SOO rolls around.
* Indicates mxing things up between the flat attack and deep style.ie. when the forwards make good inroads flat attack may come back into play. If not they revert back to using more depth.

Feel free to add anything i missed.

Noddy was honest with his assessments and it seems positive in the direction with which the sharks are heading.

oohh sorry.
Get BBB to do it.
But it was very impressive, from everybody except poor old Wal!
They asked him questions about Gould, Anderson, SOO, Australia.
One of the toughest, frankest interviews ever!

Well I hate to break to ya, Noddy, you can make Phil eat his words, but it won't be Origin time. Noddy will not wear that blue under Gould no matter how well he plays.
Think Premiership BK, it worked for Gower, no disrespect, I like Gower.
Forwards go forward, Kimmorley's guile with runners is potent.
Go the pigs and Gould will eat his words.
Think Sharks, it will work. :D

He does seem to have abit of trouble getting out what he wants to say out. But the majority of what he says I hold in the highest regard.

It was great to see BK talking about wearing his heart and soul on the sleeve of his Cronulla jumper. I hope his attitude is rubbing off on some of the other player's.

I wanted Warren or whoever to ask Noddy what he thought about playing with Matt Hilder and if he can see him holding on to the number 6 jersey after Bird returns. I know it's only early day's for Hilder in that position but he's looked more promising playing 5/8th than Birdy?

Any thoughts?

Hilder at 5/8 has been cut out 4 times by Noddy passes for 4 line breaks.
He has no line breaks & no try assists.
On the plus side & maybe the real issue, he has made nearly 80 tackles.

The question begs... Hilder or Bird in the number 6 for the remainder of the season.

With all the talk of Matt Rogers returning both of those players might be in another position next season anyway.

Noddy has only been here a tic over two years, but he has already established himself among the top echelon of players to have graced the field for our wonderful club. Up there with God, ET, Miller, Peach, Bishop, Sorenson, Docko, Rat, Deano, et al.

A truly great man, who will surely lead us to Premiership glory
