I am not a big fan of him, but this was on Instagram (talkingweststigers)

Year. App. Tries. RM. LB
13. 15. 8. 1736. 10
14. 15. 7. 1898. 9
15. 10. 6. 1575. 7
16. 23. 14. 3033. 16
17. 24. 8. 4162. 15
18. 18. 6. 2716. 7
19. 14. 8. 2170. 6
20. 20. 17. Na. 17
21. 24. 13. Na. 10

Dont know how accurate this is, but he has some good years in attack, though I’ve always thought his defence has been very poor and it should be fixed or him replaced?

Apologies for the formatting?

I only have a couple of issues with Noff.
Defensively: He's just not very good at it.
Attack: The direction he runs.
Apart from those two minor points, he's a great addition to our club, and a good looking rooster too !
I'm sure Wittyfan has rubbed a couple out when we've played parra, dreaming of a Moses/Noffa sandwich.

I can see the upside. He can score tries and he can belt it up. His defense is poor at times but I figure with better edge and middle players wingers don't get tested as much.

I think he is overpaid though.

So much has been said about his poor defense. I have been playing close attention when tries have been scored on his side of the field and to my eyes it looks like he is left defending 2 or more attackers pretty much every time. It is like the coach is saying "O K we know the opposition will score trys against us so lets set the defense so they at least have to score out wide and hopefully miss the kick."
For a guy that is left isolated in defense so often I think he does a pretty good job.
I like him and if the rest of the team put in the same effort we would be top 8 every year.

Agree. When a try gets scored by an over lap outside a winger its usually due to something thats happened on the inside. Nof's not a great defender, but I dont think hes as bad as a lot believe.

Im with you Ned. The problem on the defense on that side are the centers and the edge forwards.

There hasnt been any consistency over the years for those guys to build combinations.
And his former inside man Naiqama who was just as bad and certainly added to the right hand side problems will most likely look like a GOAT if he plays 1st grade for the Chooks next year.

Nah.. Nofo is a defensive disaster, yeah sometimes its purely on the inside guys but most are him f**king around looking for intercepts or reacting 10 mins after the overlap has been created.
I dont recal any other winger in the nrl let alone Weststigers for the past few years being such a magnet for oppositions to attack. Its never the left hand that has continual problems even though inside defenders have changed a dozen times both left & right.

Agree, it's hard to defend your space when you are not in your position, it seems like he's infield on every defensive play?

I like that when he scores a few good tries at the start of a season (and he's not a bad finisher), talk comes around to SOO and he gets a mention. There's a reason he never has played SOO, the same reason he never will.

HE'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH, simple as that and the dumb journalist who write him up know jackshite.

Well I suppose Benji’s gone and anyone with as much swagger as Nofoaluma needs to be bought down to size with max impact and minimal investigation ..you’ll prob find a few forwards amongst yous or just follow the leaders
