I know you can claim up to $300 for clothing/laundry expenses without receipts (oh yeah, I should mention as long as your work clothes aren't provided for you, I think?). That's about the extent of my tax knowledge.

You quoted my first post when i said instead of banning the whole industry and putting 1000's of people out of work they should get the grubs out of the industry. Not everyone is doing the wrong thing but the the people doing the wrong thing have hurt a whole lot of people. Not to mention what will happen to all the dogs in NSW once the industry is shut down. What do you think will happen to all those dogs??? They will find a home on lollipop island and they will all be fed and be able to drink from the fountain of the Unicorns???
