I'm not particularly bothered as to the risk he poses, as there is quite obviously none, I'm not particularly bothered by the clusterf**k that is the feds handling of the entire shit show ( in fact it only serves to further confirm my opinions of their incompetence ).

But the question I asked, was if you thought lying on your visa application was ok, deliberate or not, there is an onus on the applicant to ensure the applications accuracy, I mean the applicant signs the application and attests to it's accuracy, should there be no consequences for making a false statement?

I would expect there would be for the average joe.

He cut his own throat today with his admissions of false information, whether purposely or innocently intended. He and his "team" f**ked up. For him to come out and blame others at this stage speaks of desparation.
I'm not going down the peanut line of thought. I honestly think he has tried to cheat the system by not telling the truth.
He should suffer su h consequences for attempting to do so.
This is no witch hunt. This has NO racial overtones as Avenger is suggesting.

Border force are told to err on inaccuracies not being accidental, so more or less what occurred, you’ll be interviewed and penalty determined from there based on the materiality of the error.
