Sadly, we’ll never know because Nadal and Federer are all round nice guys who never break any rules.

In 116 section A:
(a) the decision to grant the visa was based, wholly or partly, on a particular fact or circumstance that is no longer the case or that no longer exists; or

(aa) the decision to grant the visa was based, wholly or partly, on the existence of a particular fact or circumstance, and that fact or circumstance did not exist; or

He lied about not traveling 14 days prior. That’s a fact that did not exist. He was traveling to Spain
The power rests with section 113 not 116.

Not when it’s been clinically proven that Roger pisses out lemonade and Rafa’s turds are pure snickers bars.
Some of the Roger and Rafa love from the media is over the top and sickening, but they would never do half the dumb shit that Novak has done in his career.

Journalist Paul Bongiorno the arse licker of the media heavyweights reckons Djokovic is out today.

So you will all get what you want. I hope Novak fights it in court.

How can he not the pass the public interest criterion? Answer me that. The (b) portion of section 133 which must be satisfied before he is deported.
or the person represents a danger to the Australian community, or a segment of that community.
You and the anti-vaxxers may not agree with it but if they deport him it’ll be because of that

Edit - or should I say their justification will be community endangerment.

Report: Novak under fresh investigation

Fresh reports emerged on Thursday claiming Spanish authorities are investigating Djokovic over his arrival into the country.

The tennis star said his agent incorrectly ticked “no” on a form asking if he had travelled in the 14 days before leaving for Australia, when in fact he had gone from Serbia to Spain in that time, where he practised ahead of the year’s first grand slam.

Spanish publication COPE reports agencies are looking into whether he entered the country illegally.

Novak's lawyers might take note of this governments history of ignoring court orders.

Injunctions are often ignored and heels are dug in deep. They then use tricks and f**kery to cause frustration.

Members of the Biloela family – the Tamil asylum seekers mired in a years-long battle to remain in Australia – have been granted 12-month bridging visas allowing them to remain in the country.

But they cannot go back to their previous home in central Queensland.

The immigration minister, Alex Hawke, granted visas to three of the four members of the Murugappan family on Thursday: parents Priya and Nades and to Australian-born daughter Kopika. But no visa was granted to the family’s youngest daughter, Tharnicaa, who was also born in Australia.
