I know I couldn't give a shit.As long as he retains ownership and keeps tweeting who cares if he runs it?
That would be more nerve wracking than supporting Parramatta.Obviously not a Tesla shareholder
I would have imagined that would be the plan all alongAs long as he retains ownership and keeps tweeting who cares if he runs it?
I couldn't give two shits whether he retains ownership or keeps tweeting. As long as he retains ownership and keeps tweeting who cares if he runs it?
Think away... but his bid for and purchase of Twitter has certainly shown him not to be the golden child businessman/entrepeneur people might have thought he was, based on Tesla and SpaceX.I don’t think anyone has changed their mind about him since he bought Twitter. But merkins thinking it’s all about money miss the point:

Yes he's only worth $200 billion now.Think away... but his bid for and purchase of Twitter has certainly shown him not to be the golden child businessman/entrepeneur people might have thought he was, based on Tesla and SpaceX.
Only $200 billion now? Is he still within the top 1% of the top 1%?Yes he's only worth $200 billion now.

Elon Musk says his offer to buy Twitter is about ‘the future of civilization,’ not making money | CNN Business
Elon Musk defended his offer to purchase Twitter on Thursday, saying during an on-stage interview at the TED conference that he sees the acquisition as nothing less than a turning point for civilization.amp.cnn.com
He's obviously a poor businessman.

That merkin used to live across the road from me. He used to let his chooks out of an evening to peck at the footpath and galivant in other people's gardens. He'd sit in his underpants on his porch watching them with a glass of chardonnay. Living the good life.
He conceded it when he said he wasn’t in it to make money. Although he obviously needs the cost of running out to be sustainable. He’s shown this to be a priority by reducing operating costs. This is a strawman.
Pretty clearly at this point Twitter is a poor investment in a business sense, I think he himself conceded that when he tried to get out of the deal.
