Our 12.5 year old Ridgie has been taken to the vet tonight. Cancer and won’t survive. We knew it was coming but we are still devastated.

He was amazing part of the family and we will miss him dearly.

My wife is amazing. Looked after him with her life.

I pour my beers from the can into a glass.
I then drink it and look classy and pretend I'm from the Shire.

I think we need to put aside our reservations about cans based on our monolithic experiences in the 70s and 80s.

Completely different these days. On every metric it’s better than bottles including freshness, flavour preservation and ability to crush and condense and prolong the life of the recycling bin until the truck turns up.

He did indeed. I used to refer to him as our flat mate.
