Get a decent unit and some tobacco flavours. Easiest way to quit there is. I had a couple of false starts too. Lots of shit stuff out there, including advice.

I've tried vaping. Ended up with the liquid all over my hands and down my pants.

Yep, go with that. I haven't had a smoke since I hit on a decent vape setup. And vaping is a lot easier to give up than smoking.

Currently using A horizon tech Sakerz tank on a BMI mod. Sakerz is best tank I’ve used - top air flow, literally a flawless tank and best by far for flavour. The BMI I love with 2 x molicel batteries - shit hits like a truck full of dildos.

It was mostly joytech ego or 510 stuff and there was a kanga or something. Favourite unit was I think elizard but it was short-lived. A couple of boxy units but I couldn't take to them.
Tried lots of the flavours but always went back to the tobacco.
Not using now. Ran out of gear one day and realised it was easier to quit than smoking.

I can only speak from personal experience. Quitting smoking took many attempts. Quitting vaping was really a non event.
