Some say that Sussex Inlet is the place to be.

Maybe I am missing something but it feels like every coastal town is almost the same to me. Quiet, lots of wildlife. Plenty of older people around. People living simple lives. You're close to the beach so can go for a swim or fish. Most towns have a Chinese restaurant and an Rsl, fish n chip shop and some tacky $2 store selling cheap rod n reel combos and bait. Coffee is a nightmare. I mean its hit and miss but more miss then hit.

Sure there are some differences but most seem irrelevant. It's like eating a ham and cheese sandwich in a different spot and getting excited that you're at a different location but just doing the same thing.

In other words. Same shit different smell

That's why I love Cronulla. It has the longest beach in Sydney and has Port Hacking. Bundeena just to the south. It's awesome and has great places to eat because the Euros have taken over. I love it here and want people to keep thinking its shit and trapped in the 70's. It is, don't come. Stay in shitty Bondi, Coogee or Manly with the other tourists.

I love the coast. Up the coast I'd say is more up market. Sth coast is more chill.
Pending on situations. I prefer Sth coast cause I like the quietness, having a BBQ and takeaway Chinese.Bit of a fish amd a few beers. Fairly simple. I figure I live in Sydney and all the best restaurants, bars and entertainment are here. Getting away from people and the hassle and bustle is great. But yeah not exciting.

Nth Coast as it gets more and more and more fancy is starting to feel like little Bondi's popping up and I'd have zero interest holidaying in that kinda vibe

Alot of development going on. Tho still plenty yo do.

They need to stop all the high rises. A bit of lower stuff. Gonna get overcrowded

Are they definitely doing that?
Plenty of land down there. Dont know how good it is though? As in potentially toxic shit over the years
I think they are. Those places along Shorebird Parade Cronulla was the place to buy. Houses going for $15m there overlooking Don Lucas Reserve and the beach.

That's how we solve the housing crisis.
All of Sydney needs to do its part.
Why is the South, East and Northern Beaches so special that they don't feel the need to share the load?

They’re all the same but in a different way. I hope they never change but unfortunately they will.
