Non-televised NYC and NSW Cup games

Okay so when I was at ANZ Stadium on Sunday it occurred to me that the NYC and NSW games that aren't being aired on TV are still being filmed because they are shown on the big screen. I've obviously realised it before but never thought about it.
But because they are being filmed anyway would it be possible for the NRL to show live streams of these games on NRL.com? Or in NSW Cup case NSWRL.com?

Obviously there wouldn't be any commentary or anything but it'd still be pretty good imo.

No... because it will be seen as the NRL promoting the game , and we cant have that.

I doubt they want to pay to host all the games on their website.
I also doubt they would let anyone else do it free of charge - but if someone paid them for the right to stream non-televised games, then they might be ok with that (but who would do it?)

If they hopsted it on their site wouldn't they make money from ads and hits?

Yes, but they would have to sell the advertising space, and they clearly don't feel comfortable that they would make a profit.

QLD Cup games are sometimes streamed live.

Northern Pride and PNG Hunters regularly have feeds.
