Not enough 10's, to many 11's.

With the amount of second rowers we have (plus Ellis next year) i think sheens needs to turn 2 of these guys in to props. With Payten getting on, Gibbs being less then impressive and O'Hara hopefully on the red eye back to Canberra at 12.01am October 1st were not in good shape coming in to 09. I think 2 of Harrison, Teo and Payne needs to get up to 110 kg and have a termination clause put in their contracts not to pass the ball.

Sheens has been trying to turn Bronson into a prop since 2005. It hasn't worked. He could be a devastating second rower, in an Anthony Tupou type mould but Sheens wants him to play in a position that he will never do any well at.

Bottom line is you can't second rowers into front rowers. Sheens has got to go out and either develop a genuine prop forward or buy one.

Nah you can in most cases, it just takes good conditioning and a lot of hours in the gym. Carl Webb started as a 2nd rower same with Kearns, Price... Fui Fui played juniors in the centres. The list goes on.

Well Bronson has had 3 years and counting in the gym and it ain't worked. Carl Webb is a cat who still runs at centres. There's nobody at the club I'd want them wasting time trying to do the impossible with.

There isn't any decent props in the club at all. The team has only ever had one quality prop in Skando.

We need some back rowers to do a lot more work at present and fix up their defence, and we need our front rowers to make more metres and run with the ball more often.

Our forwards attack looks tired and ineffective. We should be using the new interchange rule and our smaller (being smaller, they should be faster than other bigger forwards) to our advantage, attack wide of the ruck, wear out the opponents back by making them defend more than they normally would have to.

O'Hara has to be gone, unless he is retained for sweet bugger all coin, making it possible for us to buy Ellis.
