Not happy with the selection of hornby in the team, and timmins at 5/8. y not play him in his best position in lock and put scott hill at 5/8. very unbalanced team.

Hill not at 5/8 is a bloody disgrace. Clearly the best iv City/Country
which Gould has been saying is a selection trial for origin.

The City-Country game has to be scrapped. It obviously has no influence on the selectors, it serves no purpose but to put elite players at risk of injury. We Dragons lost Barrett thanks to the 2003 game, and this year Lance Thompson and Nathan Blacklock suffered injuries. Scott Hill was superb but is overlooked by NSW selectors. Waste of time.

No Hill at 5/8th, what a disgrace. I can't believe they put Timmins back there.

The NSW squad leaves alot to be desired.

The Queensland squad on the other hand... ;-)

Queensland look like the warm favourites tome, providedLockyer can play.

The NSW selections are terrible.

Hornby is a good player, but Minichello should be f/b.

Tahu/Rooney or Devere should be on the wing - matchplay has never reallybeen an issue before.

Scott Hill is far and away the best NSW 5/8 avaiable - Timmins should be lock. My guess is thatWing will play a lot of the game at 5/8 (how come his and Fitzgibbon's lack of matchplay wasn't an issue)??

Ryan should be on the bench> Joel Clinton should be in the starting side, and O'Hara on the bench with either Mason or Kite omitted...

Another question, what happens if they win - so Joel Clinton and others that are injured get a look in??

When will we understand that Qld pick tried and true performers and they always get the job done
Nsw continue to pick players out of posi and always pick the latest go getters in the comp
SOO is in the trench warfare and just cause your going alright at club doesnt mean that SOO is for you.Look at how Johns hasnt dominated and yet he is the best in the world
